Bicherschaf

Luxembourg City’s first “Bicherschaf” has just been inaugurated at place du Théâtre. The operating principle is simple: anyone can borrow or donate books, without registering or incurring any costs. Anyone who takes out a book with the intention of keeping it is encouraged to replace it by another one. The range of books on offer includes something for everyone – adults, children and youths alike – in all the various languages of the country. The public bookcase is accessible to all,
7 days a week and around the clock.
